If you can only see the Resource Library and Tech Area, it means you are not logged in. Please navigate to the left hand menu bar and “Log in/ Register”.
If visiting the Virtual Hub using a computer or laptop, click and hold left mouse button and move mouse around to navigate to see the different hotspot areas. If using a mobile device, use your finger to move around the screen.

If you are having any technical problems during a course, use the bottom left speech bubble (Olympus Chat) to speak to an Olympus agent.
To view the agenda and completion requirements, using the left hand menu bar, click “Events”, find the event you are attending and click “Find out more”/ “Agenda”.
To view upcoming events, using the left hand menu bar, click “Events” and if there is an event you are interested in attending click “Find out more” and “Secure your place”. You will then receive a registration confirmation email.
Please navigate to the left hand menu bar and “Log in/ Register”. If you have not visited the Virtual Hub before, you will need to register and create an account first.
Click “Log in/ Register” and there is an option of “Forgot your password?” Click and enter the email address your Virtual Hub account is registered to. A reset password link will be sent by email.
No, unfortunately you cannot change the associated email address. If the email address you have entered is incorrect, you will need to delete your account and start again by registering for an account.
You can view your progress by clicking “My Account”. If you are attending a course this will be under “My event progress”. If completing product training this will be under “My product training”.
You can download your certificate of participation in “My account” under the relevant training you have completed. Please note, the certificate downloads within Adobe Acrobat Reader, so your device will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you have any problems with this, please contact Olympus directly using Olympus Chat.
For a workshop to show as complete you need to watch the video in full and pass the associated quiz. You can attempt the quiz as many times as needed.
Course function issues
When in the auditorium you need to click the play button on the agenda screen and then play on the live stream screen.
Sound is automatically muted on all internet browsers. Move the mouse on screen and a toolbar will appear. Just above the Reload stream button, there will be a speaker. Click that and it will unmute the sound. You may also need to turn the volume bar up/ down at the same time.

In the auditorium the questions and polls are on the right side of screen if you are using a laptop. Scroll down under the live stream if you are using a mobile device. Use this to interact and ask questions to our live speakers.
If a completion task is not highlighted green, it means this has not yet been completed. Once all tasks are complete, your progress bar will show 100%.
Searching for content
Using the left hand menu bar, click “Library” and you will find all the course resources as well as other handy content available to read.
It is possible to filter the files using the dropdowns at the top of the page.
